Science P5 Bridging Course

We have structured the P5 Bridging Course for Science just like a revision checklist, where students make use of their holidays to revise in an enjoyable, helpful and non-stressful way.

This course will be extremely useful for P4 students who have trouble remembering Lower Block Science concepts and keywords that they have learnt in school. Without a strong foundation, students often stumble in P5 as the syllabus gets tougher with more content and application of process skills.

Not only are students expected to retain information they have learnt since P3, they also learn new Upper Block content, such as Cycles and Systems.

Science Bridging Course

This course will be extremely useful for P4 students who have trouble remembering Lower Block Science concepts and keywords that they have learnt in school. In this course, students will recap important Lower Block Science concepts and with the opportunity to clarify misconceptions in class. We will also introduce Upper Block concepts taught in P5, giving students a headstart and an idea of what would be expected. More emphasis is placed on content revision in these 10 hours spread over a period of 5 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Make-up classes are available in any of the runs, Run 1, Run 2 and Run 3 of the P6 Booster Course.
Here in Our Learning Lodge, we do not want them to get distracted in class and hence, if they were to have back to back lessons throughout morning and afternoon, lunch will be provided. Students can also purchase snacks during their breaks to fill their tummies from our cafe.
Usually in the midst of the first lesson, teachers can already identify their learning style and would tweak the lessons according to what the students need to stay engaged.
Our Learning Lodge treasures our relationship with parents as we know that parents play a major role in educating our students. Should there be any concerns, feel free to raise the issues and we will be united in dealing with any complications.
No homework shall be given and your child will be getting booklets which contains questions and notes regarding each topic of the subject.
